Baker County’s Hewitt Holcomb Park along the Snake River in Richland Oregon.   Camping, fishing, and boating access to the Brownlee Reservoir and Snake River.  Amenities include RV spaces with electricity, water hookups, picnic table and fire-ring, tent and RV spaces without hookups with picnic table and fire-ring, day use picnic tables, showers, restrooms, ice, firewood, and 3 boat ramps.
