Fall Foliage Photo Train

This is an all day event both Saturday and Sunday. Meeting at our McEwen Depot for Continental breakfast at 6am and train departure at 7am. The train travels to our Sumpter Depot with stop and go photo shoots per request from our photographer’s. This is a 6 mile trip that will stop at Sumpter for lunch and walk to the dredge. Train will reboard around 1 p.m. for return trip to McEwen with more stop and go shop, MORE STEAM and blow out at the end of the day. Keep your eye open for those special shots, if you don’t catch them one direction you have an opportunity on the return trip. Ride the narrow-gauge steam-powered train through the beautiful autumn foliage of the Sumpter Valley, with the Elkhorn Ridge of the Blue Mountains as a backdrop.
