Grand Reopening of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center

May 25

Join Baker County and area residents as we celebrate the reopening of the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, just five miles east of Baker City on Highway 86. Originally opened in 1992, the Center closed for a major, multi-year facility upgrade, and fans of history have missed the wonderful exhibits and information. Plan your summer vacation around the event or just stop by as you travel through and around Northeast Oregon. Details of the reopening are forthcoming, so check back here or at the Center’s own website.
